1.Cutting speed:18-23 seconds/ pc;

3.The unwinding device is composed by air expansion shaft, unwinding motor, magnetic powder brake, floating arm and error - correction device;

4.The EVA unwinding speed is automatically controlled by PLC per the diameter of raw material roll. The TPT unwinding tension is also automatically controlled by PLC per the diameter of raw material roll;

5.How to load the raw material: first use air expansion shaft through the core of roll material,then put it to the loading arm,press the oil cylinder button to lift to max. Position, and push the raw material to the fixed position. Then press down the oil cylinder,put it to right position and lock the raw material;

6.Material connection method for EVA hot melt:

Press down both front the back bar,cut the balance material, loose the front bar, and put the material into the front bar position,and cut the no parallel material ends. Loose the back bar, the put the material to the ironing position,Left and right alignment ( the coming material put on top), press the front bar, and put the ironing to it’s limit position and press the button.

The ironing temperature and time is per the material.

Loose the both front and back press bar, and blowing up the air expansion shaft.
